Average Basement Remodel*

Includes wall framing, new lighting configuration, drywall construction, electrical wiring, adding a standard ceiling, and carpet installation for a 1000-1200 sq ft basement. We can also build a bathroom and/or in-law suite/home office area.
High-End Basement Remodel*
$110k+
Includes a full reconfiguration of the current layout (including load-bearing walls), wall framing, new lighting configuration, drywall construction, electrical wiring, adding a standard ceiling, and carpet installation for a 1200+ sq ft basement. We can also build a bathroom, an in-law suite, a kitchenette or bar area, a theater or entertainment area, a gym area, or a home office.
